If you haven’t been to Palate Food & Wine in Glendale it is a must. One of the best restaurants I’ve been to in LA for sure. On my last visit the bartender coaxed us into a bottle Orin Swift’s 2005 Napa Valley Papillon and wow. This is one serious Bordeaux. A huge red to say the least. This wine is definitely to be sipped, savored and enjoyed with great food & friends. It’s a little on the pricey side, but if you have the extra cash and come across a bottle you won’t be disappointed.
